Why does Brutus feel it is wrong to kill mark Anthony?

When Cassius suggests to kill Mark Anthony Brutus says “our course will seem to bloody” which implies that he doesn’t think killing mark Anthony will be necessary to complete their plans , when he describes Mark Anthony he says “think not of him;for he can do no more than Caesars arm when Caesars head is off, Shakespeare say this to show us that once Caesars dead Anthony will have no power.
